Service Centre Manager – ARTOC Auto

The position holder is to be overall responsible for AAIAC, The candidate is required to: To meet its Business Plan in parts, labour and service with a daily in AAIAC target of 100 cars a day. To start the AA Automotive Academy that would do extensive training for all aspects of automotive business at AAIAC. Target to upgrade our people and then have classes 3 days each week. Improve and Implement the highest standards of service as per Skoda Standards of quality and efficiency. Implement and develop the staff knowledge of service core process and Skoda Brand values in the Middle East. Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Increase overall profitability. Allocate jobs to technicians and mechanics according to their skill for quality and good performance of work. Ensure warranty parts are marked / labeled and available for warranty inspection. Assist the service adviser technically, and also assist in raising repair orders and make sure that all customer requirements are fulfilled.
